Several of LiveWire’s IP firms have implemented an intellectual property management software but also needed document management for searching and security features.  To reduce processes and have identical client and matter information across platforms, LiveWire integrated a document management system with the client’s intellectual property management software replicating the client/matter information as it is added.  By only having to enter information into one system, this creates consistency for the client.

The same scripting is also done with firms accounting systems to speed up the intake process across the system and guarantee reliable data between accounting and metadata within the document management system.
